About Cozy Cove – Just Me, My Hands, and a Lot of Fluffy Intentions
Hi, I’m Alex. 👋 No fancy story here – just a person who believes soft things can heal hard days.
Why I do this
I’ve loved stuffed animals since I was a kid (still sleep with my childhood rabbit, Rosie). When I lost my job in 2022, I started sewing plushies to cope. Turns out, stitching calmed my anxiety – and now I want to share that quiet warmth with you.
- Every plush is hand-checked:I squish every belly to ensure it’s huggable, trim loose threads, and wipe smudges (yes, even the tiny ones).
- Materials matter:I use hypoallergenic stuffing and soft fabrics – because your comfort is non-negotiable.
- No shortcuts:Each order includes a handwritten note (no templates!) and a fabric heart tag I stitch myself.
This isn’t just a shop
It’s a tiny corner where:
▫️ The “perfect” toy is overrated – a ear or uneven stitch? That’s where character lives.
▫️ Plushies aren’t just for kids – they’re for anyone who needs a silent companion during late nights or tough mornings.
▫️ “治愈” isn’t magic – it’s the feeling of holding something soft when the world feels sharp.

A simple promise
When you hold a Cozy Cove plush, know this:
- I thought about you while stitching it – the way you might hug it, or place it on your desk, or cry into its fur.
- It’s been washed, fluffed, and loved in my small studio (you might find a cat hair – my roommate’s fault, not mine 😸).
- If it doesn’t feel right, I’ll fix it – no questions, just care.
P.S. The honest truth
I’m not a big company. I’m one person with a sewing machine, a lot of coffee, and a hope that these little creatures can make your world just a bit softer.
Thank you for being here. The fluff’s real, the effort’s genuine, and you’re welcome to stay as long as you need.
– Alex (and Rosie, my forever quality control)
